E proudly offer the following coin for sale. This is a 1918/7-D Denver Buffalo Nickel (#PP01-330) with a restored date that has an overall decent appearance & good details. This is one of the key dates to acquire in the series! There are some light circular scratches on its reverse that appear more visible in the photos than they do in person.
More than likely, these were caused by a coin rolling machine. The date has been carefully chemically restored as its date was naturally worn down through circulation. The overdate 8/7 is also easier seen by tilting the coin with some brighter light and light magnification. The "D" mintmark on its reverse is also tilted to the left to confirm its identification. The coin is in raw, uncertified condition and is guaranteed 100% authentic. This is a very good coin with a really decent overall appearance and will make a wonderful addition to any collection. Please view the high-resolution photos and make your own determination of this coin's grade. For our personal collection, we've graded this coin as a restored date with good details. Grading is subjective and the grade you assign may be different. Other fun stuff about this listing and our company. Any specific grade we assign to a coin is strictly our opinion and should only be used as a guide since grading and a coin's appearance is subjective and can interpreted differently by different people. We leave this art up to you to make your own determination of its grade based on our high-resolution photos. Any grades we note are our own interpretation for our personal collection. Please review the photos as they are taken of the coin or coins you will be purchasing. We have spent countless hours perfecting the best photos of the coins we sell. Our photos are very detailed. Many times, the imperfections that are present on the surface of some coins in our photos are hard to even see when the coin is in front of you... Much like looking at a coin through a loupe or magnifying glass.
