Wynn is a Berkeley, California native, and a UC Berkeley honors graduate. A retired California registered architect formally trained in hand drawing and hand architectural drafting, Wynn now focuses on painting, cooking, and golfing with her husband Steve and toy Australian Shepherd Missy. In 2017 Wynn created ClimateStrong, a 501c3 nonprofit devoted to inspiring kids to learn about the climate crisis and biodiversity loss and, towards that end, painted a series of watercolor portraits of endangered and threatened wildlife species that are impacted by climate change. Her series began with Arctic animals.
