I have been actively photographing the southwest United States since the mid-1990's. In case you are curious to learn more about me, please visit https:/linktr. When I plan a trip'out west,' I spend a few days to a few weeks studying places to go, places to photograph, and certainly'unusual' or'out of the way' places to see.

My name is Larry Rogers, and I'm a wildlife and landscape photographer. Have you ever been somewhere that you took so many pictures in a day's time that you just didn't have time to really look at them closely at the end of the day? This happens to me more often these days - I may be getting older. I do recall one such day a long time ago, and it just happens to be the day I took this photograph of'bison in the mist' at Yellowstone National Park, located mostly in Wyoming, in the USA.

To make matters worse, on that particular trip I took so many photographs, and I was so tired at the end of each day, I didn't get around to looking closely at my photographs until a couple of weeks after I got back home to Ohio. At that point in time, it was my routine to pick out the best photos from a trip then post them to a sharing website. Quite often my co-workers would ask if I got any good ones, and this made it quite easy to share with everyone. I still recall the day it happened. A few of us at work were huddled in my cubicle as I clicked through perhaps 50 images from that trip. Suddenly, one of my co-workers tapped me on the shoulder and asked me to go back - she had seen something quite interesting - which turned out to be this photograph. Once I was paused on it for a few minutes, others started to point out different things of interest in the photo, like'how many bison are actually in this photo? The next day, she called to ask if I would sell her a framed print, and of course, I did. In fact, I ordered two of them and I still have one on my wall at home. I hope you have enjoyed'the story of Bison in the mist' at Yellowstone!

To get great shots like this one, you simply must be there, at the right time, in the right light, with the right preparation. It is my extreme pleasure to bring you one of my most cherished shots from anywhere.

Thanks for shopping in my store. There are 5 ways to print these images. Consider the lighting in the place where you plan to place this picture. Darker images require a lot of light - you will notice that all of my examples are shown in well-lighted areas. 1 Premium Glossy Photo Paper prints are high quality, professional paper-prints. Sharp, Vivid and rich Color sets them apart from casual photo prints. You'll feel like you're there. Premium Glossy Photo Paper will last a long time. This option is available in 8x10 inches, 11x14 inches or 16x20 inches.

2 Ready to Hang Canvas prints are ready to hang right out of the box with zero assembly required - ultimate convenience. Canvas prints have a gorgeous, finished look. Canvas Prints are a well-known, high-end way of displaying photographs. My canvas prints are sometimes called'gallery wraps,' having 1.5 inch thick wooden stretcher-bars that give them shape, in the same way an oil painting is traditionally assembled.

There are no staples or ugly lines visible on the sides (very important). 3 Ready to Hang Canvas Splits (split into 3 panels). This is for larger pieces. My image is enlarged and split into 3 separate matching-size panels.

The three separate canvas are designed to be hung closely together, creating the look of a single, very large image. This results in a modern look, and allows spectacularly large sizes on your wall. When printed on metal, my images create elegant wall decor that shines with vibrant colors, dramatic depth, and stunning detail. Create a polished addition to any home or office.

Each panel consists of 3/64 thick aluminum, deep glossy coating and rounded corners. UV resistant ink prevents fading. All metal sizes are ready to hang on your wall, right out of the box.

Stunning acrylic prints showcase my art in brilliant, luminous colors and fascinating depth. Seeing my art in your home or office will create a truly magical effect, transforming your space with stunning wall art.

My lab uses premium polished, best-in-class, 99.9% optically pure acrylic and the latest flatbed printing craftsmanship. Each piece comes ready-to-hang, right out of the box. See the listing for full details. This item is in the category "Home & Garden\Home Décor\Posters & Prints".
