Bison Latifrons Huge thoracic Vertebrae-Pristine Ice Age Fossil Bone-Pleistocene measures 21" x 6" x 4 and weighs 1.5 pounds. This fossil is in near perfect condition, a rare bone from a unique bison type and the largest bison vertebrae I have ever found.

The patina has a wonderful dark luster. This fossil has not had any conservation or surface prep, all natural as found on an Iowa sandbar.
