Impressively large stoneware vase made by Carl Sheehan of Fire Hole Pottery in Montana. Carl Sheehan is the resident potter for Yellowstone National Park whose creations are admired and collected worldwide. This piece is from his'Bison Spirit' collection. Incredibly detailed raised relief bison figures above a sgraffito style mountain scape.

The color is a touch darker than it appears in the photos, but not by much. Please note: This beautifully crafted vase weighs a hefty 6 pounds on its own! Very clean inside and out. No cracks, breaks or chips.
