All Kronberg Sculptures on sale. ITEM- Daniel Phillip Kronberg DH Miniature Bronze Great American Bison Large Buffalo Sculpture 1:12. DESCRIPTION- Another great sculpture titled "Great American Bison", very well done. Note this is the large buffalo (bison), see next to last photo for the size of the small buffalo, for sale in a different listing. We bought a huge collection of 40 (see last photo). I will list any pictured I have upon request. The aged bronze color & intentional verdigris patina is very well done.

The previous owner bought this from the artist when they bought it back in the early 1990's. This aged bronze verdigris patina is no longer used by him, hasn't been for decades, & never will be again. It is signed with his stamp DPK. Check my listings for more & for other great DH items being added here & under scraphooked. It measures 1 7/16" long X 11/16" wide X 1 & 5/16 tall.

SCULPTOR- Daniel Phillip Kronberg, former IGMA fellow, has been an artist since age 10. Carving soap, wood, stone, and metal practically his entire life, Daniel is a master in the sculpture world. Originally from the Lower East side of Manhattan, NY, his education took him from NYU to RISD & a 4 year apprenticeship at the Danish Silversmith in Providence to become the head model-maker at Sunwest Silver, a jewelry manufacturing company in Albuquerque, NM. In the 53 years since that apprenticeship, Daniel has created numerous miniature bronze sculptures and commission pieces. CONDITION- Excellent vintage condition, no issues.
