Genuine Bison Sides Project Pieces Tobacco 7-9 OZ Chap Leather

Flyin' Bison is a rustic, large grain Bison leather that is as strong as it is beautiful. This rough-and-tumble leather has a soft feel and is sturdy enough for making boots, bags, gloves, and a variety of projects. 7 - 9 OZ (2.8 - 3.6 MM). Overall, these hides are in quality shape; however, they may contain one or more of the following: bug bites, scars, brand marks, scratches, and other blemishes.

Low-Grade : These hides are considered grunge, or low grade. They will have multiple instances of bug bites, scars, brand marks, scratches, uneven color, and other blemishes. Price is per hide or project piece. This is a bulk listing. You will be receiving a cowhide similiar to the picture.

The back may have tannery marks, score marks, writing, and other blemishes. Project pieces are listed in three sections.

The top piece comes from the neck area, the middle piece towards the center of the leather, and the bottom piece is near the rump, or bottom, of the side. Middle pieces are more clean-cut and rectangular. The top and bottom pieces will feature more natural edges. This leather can be used in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to: purses, wallets, heavy jackets, work chaps, and jewelry.
