Just finished another horn with walnut wood. The horn is about 12 inches long when measured around the outside curve. The wood is unfinished as I seemed to receive more interest on these when the wood was not finished.

I'm assuming most people have wanted to do their own staining or sealing. On the horn itself I have rubbed a coat of linseed oil on it. I would be happy to put a coat of linseed oil on the wood and also add a staple to the plug end if you want. The horn has an inner base plug of 1/2 inch pine and a piece of walnut as the top base and stopper. Pins around the horn are brass.

I was asked on another horn to add some extra detailing so I tried to do some engrailing and divided the top part into half round and half 8 sided. This horn had the ring between the round and flat section left in flats. If you don't like that I can file that ring round.
