X-LG BISON HAIR-ON-HIDE Big Winter Bull Harvested in Yellowstone
This is a winter hide bull harvested in the winter of 1988. This big bull was featured/pictured in a People magazine article about the hunt and the gentleman who harvested the bison. Being 9 feet across, this is one of the biggest bison hides you will ever find. The massive taxidermy head now hangs proudly in a popular Bozeman, Montana restaurant to this day. Not only are you getting a very large bison hide, you are getting a bit of interesting Montana history about the culling of bison near and in Yellowstone Park.
